HipChat zoomed oddly/Blue bar cut off on Intel 620

After updating to the latest Intel HD Graphics 620 drivers from (21.20.16.4664, 4/21/12017), launching HipChat (4.29.5.1662) causes a very odd zoom which leads text to be a little blurry, and the upper blue bar cut off at the top of the window. Adding '--disable-gpu' to the command path causes the window to render properly, though obviously a little more slowly.
