      Hello,

      Is there any change that linux client will implement standar freedesktop.org notification via d-bus?

       

      I'm running awesomewm as window manager on linux, and I didn't find a way configure HipChat  to use standart notification of my window manager.

      My motivation is getting same kind of notification for HipChat as from other applications, so notification can be handled by windows manager a then positioned, colorized, placed and set timeout as is configured in windows manager.  Imagine multimonitor and you missed notification popup, because you wasn't watching screen in the moment. Only thing which is notifing you, is changed icon in system tray. and it easy to overlook.
