Admins cannot edit HipChat user accounts that are linked with Atlassian accounts

HipChat user accounts linked with Atlassian accounts can't be edited by admins. The ability is restricted on the admin panel once the user account has been synced.  

Steps to reproduce 

• Create a HipChat account
• Link it with Atlassian accounts
• As an admin, go to Group Admin > Users 
• Select the user in question and try to modify his profile info
• Same occurs whenever editing users through the API 

Expected results 

• As an admin, you have permission to edit the user account info (Email/Name)

Actual results

• The field is grayed out and you can't make any changes. There is a message saying "Name/Email can not be changed because this user's profile is synced with an Atlassian account."
