Merge Rooms or Create Sub-Rooms

The case for merging rooms is when there are either rooms that duplicate the topic being discussed or cover topics so closely related that the can be aggregated under as single room.

The case for creating sub-rooms is when there are a number of related rooms that all could be aggregated under one broader topic: this would decrease the length of the room list and associate topics that are related.
