Sort People list either alphabetically or by most recent

It would be useful if we could sort the people list either alphabetically to make it easier to find the person you are looking to chat with, or by most recent to see people you frequently chat with. My company isn't super large, but we use the chat feature often for quick answers and so it isn't useful to clear out the people list.
