    Description

      Problem Definition

      When users are sync'd to HipChat Server from an external directory (Crowd, LDAP, AD, ...), they do not receive email notifications confirm their email address or to at least know that they have been granted access to HipChat.

      Suggested Solution

      Send an email notification for new users as they're added to HipChat from an external directory, just like new local users.

      Workaround

      Admins have to send emails to new users separately.
