Could not load list of repos for Bitbucket for HipChat: 500 (INTERNAL SERVER ERROR)

1. Install Bitbucket for HipChat
2. Sign into your Bitbucket account on the Configuration page
3. Select where you want Bitbucket to send notifications to

Expected Results

You can select the repository you want to send notifications from

Actual Results

The repository could not be loaded. Error 500 (INTERNAL SERVER ERROR) appears on console.
