Tapping on Android notification does not go to room or 1-1 for some users

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in to HipChat Android Client
2. Have app in background & be logged out or away from other HipChat clients
3. Receive a push notification on Android for a room mention or 1-1 chat.
4. Tap the notification.
5. Observe the HipChat Android app.

Expected Results

HipChat app opens into the relevant room or 1-1 conversation in which the user was mentioned.

Actual Results

HipChat app opens to homescreen.

Workaround

The user has to remember which chat the notification came from, and manually enter the 1-1 or room.
