    Description

      As part of my Windows bootup, I start the Windows HipChat client from a program shortcut in my Startup menu.

      I have the "Run:" parameter in the shortcut set to "Minimized", so that the client should appear minimized as an icon on the Windows Task Bar.

      However, the client appears to ignore this setting and always starts in the "Normal Window" state.
