JIRA/Confluence integration is not displaying user profile picture in issue preview

Summary

Issue previews in HipChat desktop client is not displaying user profile pictures from JIRA/Confluence

Environment

• HipChat integration with JIRA and Confluence

Steps to Reproduce

1. Complete the integration between HipChat and JIRA or HipChat and Confluence
2. Allow the integration to send a notification to HipChat
3. Create a new JIRA issue or page in Confluence

Expected Results

HipChat receives the notification with user Profile being displayed

Actual Results

HipChat receives the notification, however there are no user Profile being displayed

Workaround

No workaround at this time.
