Integration between Hipchat and JIRA is not showing private rooms

Steps to reproduce

1. Integrate JIRA with your HipChat
2. Enter any transition of any workflow and choose to add a post function
3. Choose the "Notify HipChat" post function
4. In the "Rooms" list, try to search any private room

Current behaviour

Private rooms are not listed. You can test that this works fine in any previous version of JIRA.

Expected behaviour

Display private rooms
