Mac client can get stuck in Offline state after waking from sleep

Summary

When waking the computer from sleep, the Mac client can get stuck in an Offline state although user able to send/receive chat messages. However at another time user also has trouble sending/receiving messages until the client is rebooted.

Environment

• Mac 4.26
• Mac 4.27

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch the HipChat Mac client
2. Have computer go into sleep mode
3. Wait 60+ seconds
4. Wake computer from sleep
5. Observe HipChat Mac Client

Expected Results

HipChat automatically reconnects successfully

Actual Results

Client gets stuck in an Offline state

Workaround

Turn your internet connection off and turn it back on.
Or
Completely Quitting and relaunching the client will allow successful connection
