    Description

      Howdy Atlassians!
We've been using Guest Access in HipChat forever and it works well for some meetings and small projects, but we're working with another company that has added us as 'guests' or something within their Slack Instance, so that they can give us access to specific rooms within that system without giving us full access. I would have loved to see the 3rd party using our HIpChat so we could have all the knowledge in our instance but I would not want to force someone to deal with the HipChat guest access for a major project or if I expected them to participate in multiple rooms (Plus - I'd like them to be able to use the real client). So we had to opt to have some of our users added to their Slack instance so we can collaborate....

In HipChat, I haven't seen this type of functionality and it's something that would be very useful. Is a Guest Account / Restricted Account feature in the works?

Please let me know! Thank you.
      -Jeff
