Linux client removes the %20(space) and all the word after it from the URL when double clicking

Summary

URL that have %20 will be removed with the word after it when double clicking from HipChat client.

Environment

• Linux 4.27.0.1658
• Linux 4.30.*

Step to reproduce

1. Past a link example : https://www.google.com/#q=abc%20def%20ghi
2. Double click the link to open in browser
3. Once open in browser it will show https://www.google.com/#q=abc instead of https://www.google.com/#q=abc%20def%20ghi

Expected Results

Clicking on the URL will redirect properly according to the URL

Actual Results

Clicking the URL will shorten the URL if there's a %20(space)
