Add searchable tags to HipChat rooms

As a HipChat user I would like to be able to add searchable custom tags to the rooms that I have created so that they are more easily discoverable by the HipChat users in my organization.

This would allow me to do the following:

1. Create a HipChat room for one of my support teams, which contains the name of the team as the title.
2. Add a tags to the room for each of the products that the team supports.
3. Search for HipChat room by room name or product tag.
