      Problem Definition

      Currently, there is no method in which admins can restrict certain users from viewing and/or chatting with other users. This feature can prove especially useful for when companies and groups need to provide contractors or external users temporary access into HipChat.

      Suggested Solution

      Admins/owners should be able to restrict certain users from being able to private message other users
