Windows 4.0 slow performance when high contrast themes enabled

When high contrast themes are enabled, Windows v4.0 client experiences slow in performance.

Environment

• Windows 10

Steps to Reproduce

1. Turn on high contrast in your Windows
2. Open the client

Expected Results

The client functions normally.

Actual Results

The client lags and results in poor performance

Support has not been able to reproduce this yet. If you have any additional findings/root cause, please do let us know.

There is a high possibility that the cause may be due to QTBUG-49725 bug report.
