      As an admin, I want to be able manipulate HipChat user timezones through the administrative interface.

      Suggested Solution

      Implement a GUI-based method by which HipChat admins/owners can change user timezone settings. This should be possible per user and through a global default.

      Workaround

      Utilize the HipChat Update User API to programmatically update user timezone settings.
