Project enabled for anonymous access with a visibile rapid board still redirects you to log in

      Project can be browsed by Anonymous users.
      Filter which backs board is available to Anonymous users.
      Yet Anonymous user is asked to log in when following link to Agile Board.

      The Agile menu drop down does show the board, but clicking it sends you to the log in page
