GreenHopper fails to show Agile menu until after JIRA restart

      This is caused by the plugin reloadability problem in JIRA when UPM is self updated. I have raised JRA-29386 to get this fixed.

      In the mean time the way to work around this problem is to restart JIRA if you update UPM

      GreenHopper was installed on the server; immediately, users noticed that the Agile menu was unavailable.
