Moving an issue above the sprint marker on rapid board not shared between users

On the rapid board planning view if user X moves an issue above the Sprint Marker this change is not seen by other users.

The exception to this is if a rank is actually changed (i.e. the issue is ranked below another issue already above the sprint marker and then it is moved above it).
