Multiple clicks for starting a sprint in Rapid board will create duplicates

At the moment, it is possible to click on Start after the first click causing duplicate/s sprint to be created.

Completing the duplicates won't cause any problem to issues Backlog list but sprint count will be affected. For example, Sprint 1 got duplicated(two sprints created). The next sprint will be at Sprint 3 after the duplicate got released.

It is the same previous case in JIRA where create issues button can be spammed.

The Start button should be blocked after first click as create issue button in current JIRA.
