Story point marker is not updated on filter plus drag

    Description

      • have a bunch of issue that add up to 500
      • turn on quick filter to hide 400 worth
      • correctly shows 500 still
      • however start dragging the marker and it resets back to the visible count
      • turn quick filter off
      • does NOT update marker
