Exporting Confluence page to PDF doesn't render embedded GH portlet correctly.

Recipe:

• Place a GH portlet in a Confluence page using the {jiraportlet}

  macro and the staticView=true portlet setting

• Click the PDF icon in the top right corner of the Confluence page

The generated PDF will contain something like the attached screenshot.

Another issue (for which I just uploaded two more screenshots) is that the portlet content can become horribly squashed.
