GH's feedback web resource is a dependency of the gh-rapid web resource, which means it goes into the RB gadget.

Because this loads js from JAC via an ajax request, this blows up as the gadget white list doesn't include JAC.

Instead of making this a dependency, we should put feedback into the greenhopper-rapid-non-gadget context.
