Send To Top and Send To Bottom shortcuts select wrong issue after ranking on Rapid Board

It seems that the selected issue after doing these operations is inconsistent.

If you Send To Top the bottom issue in a column, and there are no other columns beneath that column (i.e. other swimlanes), that issue stays selected as it moves to the top.

If the issue is the bottom of the column, and there are other swimlanes below that column, the selected issue becomes the issue at the top of the next swimlane.

If the issue is not at the bottom, and you send it to top, the issue in the position one below where that issue was is selected.

If you are sending issues to the bottom, then the issue that moves into the position where your issue was becomes selected.

We need to revisit this and ensure the correct logic is being applied in all cases.
