In View Issue I can see the rank number, see attached image viewissue.png.

However in Greenhopper New Card dialog I can choose the right ranking, see attached newcard.png.

Why can't we do exactly the same in View Issue and Create Issue as in the New Card dialog? The way this is working now leads to a lot of steps when creating an new issue.
