New Rapidview Dialog (maybe others) tries to render superlong dropdown for long filter names

When trying to create a Rapidview, if you have a filter with a very long name, the dropdown to assign the filter tries to render the entire name, which can go off the screen unreasonably. There should be a character limit to the dropdown, and this might be a problem with all dropdowns.
