GhUpgradeTask001 should be removed in the JIRA 5 compatible branch because Legacy Portlets have been removed from JIRA v5.0

    Description

      Portlets have been removed from JIRA v5.
      As part of this, JIRA v5.0 will only allow users to upgrade from v4.0 or higher.

      This means that GhUpgradeTask001 which updates Legacy Portlets to Google Gadgets will no longer compile, but it not required any more either.
