Tempo does not load with Greenhopper on JIRA 4.4RC1

    Description

      There is no way to enable Tempo on a database that already includes Tempo and Greenhopper due to the following error.

      The following plugins failed to load:
      Tempo Plugin: There was a problem loading the descriptor for module 'Tempo GreenHopper link provider' in plugin 'Tempo Plugin'.
      Error retrieving dependency of class: com.tempoplugin.links.GreenhopperLinkProvider. Missing class: com/atlassian/greenhopper/plugin/link/LinkProvider
