    Description

      COS:

      • KB shortcuts for 'move to top' or 'move to bottom' of swim lane
      • when pressed this KB shortcut will rank the item above the first issue in the swim lane or below the last issue in the swim lane
      • there should be a notification to explain what action has taken place
      • KB shortcut should be displayed in the Keyboard Shortcut Help dialog
      • Move to next issue below original position
      • provide stats on usage.
      • use SB and ST
