When planning a sprint, it is natural to ask each individual to input in Jira his available capacity and then have an aggregated view of all the capacities to give an idea of what the total available capacity is for the sprint.

Currently, there is a way for individuals to input their capacity, as explained here: http://jira.atlassian.com/browse/GHS-1201. Although this is very un-intuitive, it should suffice for now.

But, the problem is that there is no aggregated view of the capacities of the individuals. My original bug report can be seen here: https://support.atlassian.com/browse/JSP-77020.
