Issues ranking changed after changing issue type

Steps to reproduce:

• Create some issues in JIRA with GreenHopper
• Go to Agile
• Use bulk change for multiple issues or just edit in JIRA one of the issue
• Edit the issues by changing the issue type
• The edited issue/s will be placed at the last in ranking
• Observing the rank for the issue/s, the value stay the same as previous rank value
• Changing the issue/s ranking(dragging the cards in Planning board or editing in issue view) will caused it messed up with the rank value

The ranking values can be fix by running the rank optimization but edited issues' rank will still be placed at the last.

Expected behavior would be the ranking will still be the same regardless issue type changed.
