Changes are not saved when configuring GreenHooper Project Templates

Using JIRA Enterprise Studio I am trying to change the project template for a given project. In red letters it states 'All changes will be saved automatically' but when I change the project template from 'Default' to 'Scrum' this change does not persist. If I navigate away from this page and then return, the settings has reverted to Default. However, changes I make to General Configuration does however appear to be saved. I checked the check box for 'Scheduling Permission' and on my return to it persists.
