Scheduled email reports w/JIRA Software charts (Burndown in particular)

      As an administrator,
      I want to be able to schedule the burndown chart to be emailed to people,
      So that I can keep stakeholders informed of project progress even though they refuse to take the five seconds it would take them to login to Jira.
