When creating new issue, Unassigned seems to autoassign to project leader

      client: Firefox 3.6.2, Windows 7 x64
      server: Debian 5 x64 running under vmware ESXi 4, jira-enterprise-4.0.2

      When creating a new card from the Agile-view, even when selecting "Unassigned" it will still auto-assign it in the same way as auto-assign do.

      Creating issue under the normal "create issue" jira-style works as expected.
