GreenHopper upgrade screws up project templates

      The GreenHopper upgrade 4.3 -> 4.3.1 has screwed up our project templates. I would say revert but I don't think this is the settings that we started with in 4.3. It seems to be a mixture of 4.3 vanilla plus some of our changes, plus some new stuff.

      Preserving data needs to be a priority in upgrades.
