As a GH user I would like to be notified of those cards "not done" when releasing a fixVersion

As an admin, when I release a version from the Planning Board, I would like to see a list of the "unresolved" items that I am being asked to move to another version/do nothing with, so that I can know what I'm moving. It would be super-great if they were filter results, or some other kinds of list where I could view the full ticket and update them if necessary.

My usual actions are:
1) Try to release the iteration
2) pop up box prompts me about X number of open issues
3) I try a bunch of different searches to track down the items and update them or ensure that I do want to move them
4) Go back and release for real this time.

For some reason, it takes me an inordinate amount of time find the items on my own, even though I would say I'm our most proficient Jira user.
