JIRA iframe is narrower than minimum supported width for View Issue

      When viewing issues in GreenHopper, they can be configured to appear in an iFrame. The width of this iFrame is smaller than the minimum width supported by JIRA on the View Issue screen. This results in every issue having a horizontal scrollbar in the iFrame.
