Background is black behind the Create Template dialogue in IE

      In IE 7 or IE 8:

      • Administration -> GreenHopper -> Project Templates
      • Click "Create a new Template"

      The dialogue appears but the rest of the screen is black. It should only be greyed out.
      This may be a JIRA bug with plugins, as it also occasionally affects the labels plugin (http://jdog.atlassian.com/browse/JRADEV-1075)
