I should be able to expand and collapse all story cards easily.

Right now to do most actions I have to expand a story card to its full size. But usually I want to view the smaller cards so I can fit more on the screen. It's an absolute chore to expand each and every card to assign them or take some operation and then resize the card back down. There should be quick buttons for expanding all cards and then collapsing all cards.
