I cannot move from "to do" column in taskboard without first assigning the issue.

If there is an issue that's in the "To Do" column of the taskboard and I drag it to the "In Progress" column, I get a message like "Sorry, no transitions were found!" This is hardly intuitive. GreenHopper should auto-assign the issue to the user doing the dragging if it's required.

The same thing is true about dragging tasks from the "To Do" column to the "Done" column.
