Print view in greenhopper broken in Firefox 3.5.6

When printing issues in greenhopper 3.13.2 using Firefox 3.5.6, some issues are missing from the printout and issues on pages other than page 1 don't have the header line with the issue number.

For example I have a version with 13 issues. When the print view browser window appears, it correctly shows all the issues as cards, but the printout only has 12. On pages 2 and 3 of the printout there are no header lines on the cards, so you can't see the issue number.
