Hi,
We use JIRA and GreenHopper (now JIRA Agile, I guess?). I have been using the SCRUM Ranking field in all of our projects. Now that we've upgraded to v4.0#466, the SORT BY ("Context" options) appears to be broken on the Task Board. I can rank issues properly in the Planning Board, with the context set to "Sort by SCRUM Ranking" but when I switch over to the Task Board with the same context my stories/subtasks are out of order. I have confirmed that the Scrum Ranking is accurate on the stories and tried the "Optimize (repair)" link in the configuration. The ability to sort by Scrum Ranking was working fine before we updated to JIRA4. See attached screenshots. Any suggestions, if we are doing something wrong over here, are welcome - please help!
Attached:
planningboard_rightorder.png - Sort by SCRUM Ranking enabled; note the placement of the "Regression Testing" story and tasks at the bottom
ScrumRanking_relativeorder.png - See where the Regression Testing story falls relative to the other stories on the sprint (which are listed right above it)
TaskBoard_outoforder.png - Regardless of what I do, the Regression Testing story is at the top and our other stories are out of order on the Task Board, without changing the context "Sort by SCRUM ranking" at all.
