Clicking on the ISSUE-# or clicking on the edit icon on an issue brings a window which lacks: "update and close" and "update" link

So you have:

Close on the upper right

but then you have to scroll down to get to the update button and then you have to scroll back up to click close

It would be nice to have and "update and close" link on the top along with an "update" link too!
