Ability to restrict the type of issues that are included in an Epic

Summary

In JIRA Agile, there is currently no method of limiting the type of Issues that can be included in an Epic. This could be useful when focusing on specific areas of the backlog for certain use cases.

Expected Results

When creating an Epic, have the ability to restrict the linking of specific Issue types. This could be a Checkbox dropdown in the sidebar menu when looking at the backlog.
