Missing Agile Buttons when the new project side bar feature is enabled

    Description

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Opt-in for new side bar feature.
      2. Access Agile Board.

      Info for Atlassian
      Have com.atlassian.jira.projects.ProjectCentricNavigation.Switch or com.atlassian.jira.projects.ProjectCentricNavigation dark feature activated.

      Expected Results:

      1. A new project navigation left menu will open with options to view Plan Mode, Work Mode and Reports.

      Actual Results:

      1. There are no buttons/links to Plan Mode, Work Mode and Reports.

      Workarounds:

      • A restart of JIRA Agile Plugin should resolve the problem.
      • While on the board, users can use keyboard shortcut keys "1" (Plan Mode), "2" (Work Mode) and "3" (Reports) to alternate between them.
