Ranking on Plan Mode after starting a sprint affects where the marker is placed when sprint is completed

      Steps:

      1. Have a Scrum Rapid Board
      2. Have at least 3 issues in the backlog
      3. Put the first issue into the sprint marker
      4. Start the sprint
      5. In Plan Mode, re-rank the two remaining issues (swap them)
      6. In Work Mode, complete the sprint (issue in sprint is incomplete)

      When you go back to Plan Mode, notice that the sprint marker is at the very top of the backlog, as opposed to being below the first issue in the backlog.
