For the Supported platforms page, under the Mercurial supported platforms, right column, we need to add a recommendation/warning not to use non-ascii characters in filenames and paths, if using Mercurial on Windows, with a link to the following: FE-7094: Add support for different file paths encoding for Mercurial.

Using non ASCII characters in that configuration will not allow the repositories to index.
