We are promoting open source high availability solution to Atlassian customers, one bottleneck is the PostgreSQL support.

Fisheye support up to PostgreSQL 9.6 which not support multi-master.

From below post, PostgreSQL 10 will support multi master, which is high beneficial to Atlassian customer.
